CMO-Chief Marketing Officer:



Job Summary:
The Chief Marketing Officer’s primary responsibility is to oversee all aspects of the Marketing activities. He/she is responsible for planning and adapting right Marketing strategy to attract and retain the customers, and promote the company’s branding and image, ultimately to increase the sales of the company.
Closely track the local internet trend, analyze in-depth our market opportunity/weakness, identify the business trend, develop and implement the marketing strategy to win the market.
Continuously engage with our customers, maintain sharp customers insights by analyzing and understanding their behavior, and adjust marketing strategy to fulfill their needs and desires.
Lead the team to adapt right marketing plans, continuously test and improve new ideas in a fast pace in the local E-commerce market.
Be able to fully consolidate and make use of all resources of data (including the CRM system), systematically analyze the data from multiple angels, and gain insights to steer the marketing and business plan.
Develop and promote the branding and image of Glamour Sales China in a premium presence.
Lead all the traffic driven functions to attract and retain the increasing targeting customers to MEI.com, through SEM, SEO, Affiliation, BD, news letter, advertising, MGM channels, etc.
Be responsible to develop the promotion, PR/EPR and social media (Especially on Wechat) strategy, and ensure it is advance in the market and the execution is seamless.
Build the Marketing plan and budget in accordance to the company plan, and improve the ROI, customer acquisition and activation KPIs.
Enforce the mobile-oriented thinking. Drive our business to an ultimate mobile company.
Set targets and incentive for the team; lead, coach and inspire them to win the opportunity in a fast and motivated pattern.
Desired Skills and Experience
Key Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years solid local E-commerce Marketing/Operation track records, especially on mobile
A fashion lover
Strong customer centric point of view
Excellent communication skill and able to maintain the good relationships with key partners
Passionate, proactive, eager to learn and grow
Strong leadership and influence skill to manage across-functionally
Data-driven mindset and solid analytical skill
Interested in new technology to drive marketing
Experience in collaborating with Wechat or other mobile development a plus
Language Requirements:
Fluency in written and spoken Mandarin.
Fluency in written English.
Ability to converse in English comfortably in business setting.
